Thank you, Sir. Rob, it is not that I did not take time to read the manual.
Having dabbled around with so many databases, it sometimes gets difficult to
remember as to what function is supported by what SQL engine. I apologize
for posting something so trivial.

you want to use the version that matches your OS/400 level.
