Are you using the optional parameter group 2 parameter 1 set to a value
of *NO?
The default is *YES unless you send this optional group.

Because DSPDTAQ shows the data still in the queue and I am getting some
of
the same data received into the program using the QRCVDTAQ api multiple
times.  Perhaps the problem actually resides in the loading of the data
queue? (he asks hopefully)
