Just and FYI
Any API that begins with the letter "CEE" (e.g., CEEDOD) or an underscore (e.g.,
_GENUUID) are "built ins" and don't need a binding directory.

Just for the record, I didn't consider a built in as a possibility.  I 
just assumed that I had to have some sort of a binding directory.  And I 
use QC2LE for so much other stuff it didn't take much to talk me in to 
using it.  But thanks.
