Re: RPG Utility that Diff Compares to files

IBM has - it's option 54 in PDM - along with 55 that gives you the SEU split screen so you can choose which diffs to apply. This is a member to member compare. 

Also there is a plugin from SoftLanding for WDSC that works nicely.
You could also just run any diff tool against a pair of source members from Windows, assuming that a Netserver share is properly set up with text conversion for files with extension mbr.
