As I car guy, I'm a little concerned about the direction this is taking. How about leaving the poor car alone (what did it ever do to you?) and doing something to the guy directly? How about doing something with that network enabled switch that was posted? Sure it costs money but think of the endless fun you'll have turning stuff in his office on and off when it's most annoying.
