Replace "set" with "Values"
And replace LowerAdjust(Test3) with LowerAdjust(:Test3)

Back in the preCambrian age people used to use something called a dummy 
file and do something like
select LowerAdjust(:Test3) into :Test3 from SYSDUMMY1
