I really want to thank Scott Klemment. You are the man!!!!! I have
stolen (oops I ment to say borrowed <VBG> ) and modified so much of your
code to meet the needs of our company and all I can say is thank you,
thank you, thank you for being so gracious about letting us use your
code.

And that is what is great about this group is that we all share code,
thoughts and experiences with each other. 
{Let just all do a group hug}
