Hi all, Is there a function (java, c, etc) that can be used in an rpgle program that would work like the split() function in VB?
Hi Tim This can be done in RPGLE without too much code. There is a program used by some of my utilities - http://www.dbg400.net/cgi-bin/twiki/view/DBG400/RpgleDBG041R4 - that splits up an input string and returns an array of words. It was converted from an older RPG version, so I'm sure the code can be simplified. Regards, Martin
