It is the formatted-dump routine in the RPG runtime that is trying to use the QPPGMDMP file with INDARA. It sounds like the QPPGMDMP in QSYS isn't the shipped version. Try DSPOBJD QPPGMDMP *FILE. Opt 5 should show that it was created by user *IBM and Opt 8 should show a Licensed Program of 5722SS1.
