From where is this:
PGM (&usr &tnbr &pro &bol &po &emsg &rcnt + &lst1 &lst2 &lst3 &lst4) program being called from? The command line? Another program? Since this PGM statement has parms, it must be being called from something else. What is that something else? Show the call to this CL program.
