I have a socket server that uses Scott Klement's spawned job model. The
listener job keeps ending with the following error:

GiveDescriptor(): The value specified for the argument is not correct.

I have this same process running on two systems. It works fine on one
system but the listener job will end once or twice a day on the other
system. I thought it may be a performance issue, so I put the subsystem
in its own memory pool but that didn't help. Does anyone have any
suggestions as to what causes this error? Thanks.
