It indicates that a selection has been made. Go into the RPG400 archive and scan using MOUBTN there is stuff there about the position of the cursor HTH Steve -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]Namens Turnidge, Dave Verzonden: vrijdag 8 december 2006 14:02 Aan: RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries Onderwerp: RE: Using the mouse on Green Screen If I read it correctly, the SFLCHCCTL is for selecting a record, and SFLMLTCHC is for selecting MULTIPLE subfile records. Maybe I just can't do what I want to do...I want to just return the cursor position of where I clicked. -----Original Message----- From: rpg400-l-bounces+dturnidge=oldrepublictitle.com@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces+dturnidge=oldrepublictitle.com@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Raby, Steve Sent: Friday, December 08, 2006 6:51 AM To: RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries Subject: RE: Using the mouse on Green Screen I was trying that with Booth's help, just a single subfile and the scroll bar was just an add on to try. I have had to shelve that for the moment but you need to put the keyword SFLCHCCTL in assocation with SFLMLTCHC. I didn't get it to work and haven't had time to go back and have another look at it yet Steve -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]Namens Turnidge, Dave Verzonden: vrijdag 8 december 2006 13:42 Aan: RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries Onderwerp: RE: Using the mouse on Green Screen Yes, I saw those, but he was dealing with two subfiles and scroll bars. Most of the examples I saw were using Enter as the associated command key. OTOH, thinking about it last night, I wonder if using Mocha might have anything to do with it not working. I know that if you double click a Mocha screen (at least here, at least with OUR setup - whatever that might be) it acts as an Enter. Could it be eating my mouse hits? -----Original Message----- From: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of vhamberg@xxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, December 07, 2006 4:01 PM To: RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries Subject: Re: Using the mouse on Green Screen Very possible - see some recent posts here - it was just discussed by Booth Martin. -------------- Original message -------------- From: "Turnidge, Dave" <DTurnidge@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
(Sorry, I didn't change the Subject first time around... ) I have been looking at the possibility of using a mouse click for a subfile on a green screen. Is this possible? I have used MOUBTN(*SLP/*ULD CF16) and it appears to do nothing. Is there something else that is needed? I have columns on my subfile that I want to sort by. Right now, I place my cursor somewhere on the column and CF16 sorts by that column.
I was thinking it would be cool to be able to double-click on the column and have that column sorted... Possible?
