Just to make it clear... I'm not interested in "selecting" rows. I am interested in returning cursor position, as well as turning on the indicator associated with F16. -----Original Message----- From: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Raby, Steve Sent: Friday, December 08, 2006 6:55 AM To: RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries Subject: RE: Using the mouse on Green Screen If you just want a single selection then Booth's example does work, and can be adapted to just one subfile. I need multiple selections which was on the second part of his example but he didn't do anything with it. http://www.martinvt.com/Code_Samples/2_subfiles/2_subfiles.html Steve -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]Namens Turnidge, Dave Verzonden: vrijdag 8 december 2006 13:50 Aan: RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries Onderwerp: RE: Using the mouse on Green Screen Yes. When I press F16, I pass back the cursor position and based on that determine what sort to do. -----Original Message----- From: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gene Burns Sent: Thursday, December 07, 2006 4:18 PM To: RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries Subject: Re: Using the mouse on Green Screen This may be a stupid question, but . . . (Sorry, I didn't change the Subject first time around... ) I have been looking at the possibility of using a mouse click for a subfile on a green screen. Is this possible? I have used MOUBTN(*SLP/*ULD CF16) and it appears to do nothing. Is there something else that is needed? I have columns on my subfile that I want to sort by. Right now, I place my cursor somewhere on the column and CF16 sorts by that column.
I was thinking it would be cool to be able to double-click on the column and have that column sorted... Possible?
