I'm looking for examples of how to use (create, modify, delete, update) a
table/array file. I haven't found any example until now on the web...


They can be exactly like any other file.

How can I use it in a program?

There are many, many ways one can use a table or array in a program.Often, tables go with LOOKUP, and arrays are used to store repeated dataelements (like sales for each month of 12 months). If you coulddescribe what lead you to ask about tables and arrays, perhaps the listcould provide more specific answers.
