inz keyword on subfield of likeds

is there a way to use INZ keyword in D spec to initialize subfields, by
subfield name, in LIKEDS data structure.
 
I tried below and get compile error:
D refDS           ds                                
D  name                         10                  
D  lib                          10                  
                                                    
D myDS            ds                  likeds(refDS) 
D  name                               inz('TEST')   
D  lib                                inz('QTEMP')  
                                                    
                                                    
 /free
