The keywords that interest you are SFLSNGCHC and SFLMLTCHC and MOUBTN(*ULD ENTER).

It is in my memory that you can not use SFLLIN and SFLMLTCHC at the same time, but my memory is notoriously unreliable so you may want to review the manual.

The user can use the mouse click or the space bar to toggle selections.

By the way, note that this example uses the scroll bar. The scroll bar works just like the scroll bar anywhere else. It is not crippled or lacking features. It seems ideal for your application. Be sure to use a load-all subfile and pass the subfile size as an accurate number to get the fullest benefit if you do decide to add a scrollbar
