Do you mean military type time keeping. 1900 = 7:00 pm? If so, using the 
ISO date format uses the 24 hour clock.

convert time to hundreds






I have a need to convert the difference between two times into hundreds. 
This is so we can calculate the cost for job costing.
I have used the *H, *MN options. Is there one for hundreds? I have done 
this in RPGIII. But it requires a lot of calculation. If not, can I get an 
example of a better way to do this.
