If I don't get a data queue entry I don't know the data length ... but I
can use operational descriptor to figure that out.


Unfortunately, since I only have V5R1 available to me right now, I can't
use CEEDOD to get the length of the data queue.

I'll have to pass the length of the data queue with the data queue
itself.  Not perfect, but acceptable.
