can you run the offending program in debug to determine what the value
of SQLCOD is?

if so, hopefully therein will lie your answer.

This is happening with the "create table as (select statement) with
data" sql command. We are now getting CPF4204 messages "Internal
failure occurred in query processor."

This is a "quiet" error in that isw does not halt the program.

Anyone else seen this?
