You need to name the file in your F spec to a name of a file that is in
the library list, that is the same format as the file you are creating.
Then when you actually run the program you do an override to point it to
the new one you created. 

An alternative was created by VERN when he worked here, but I don't even
want to THINK about getting into that discussion!!!

Where should this file be declared, external data structure? I've tried
using an F Spec, but the compiler cannot resolve the file as it isnt
there.
