I'm not sure what language is used on the CHKCST parameter of ADDPFCST,
but can whatever it is be used to ensure that a field consists entirely
of characters from a certain character set, or is it incapable of that?

If it's not capable of doing that, is that something I'd need to do with
a trigger?
