The combination of the key fields is unique..
but even if it is not unique,will tht crate a  problem?

Look in the job log.  The 'Permanent error' is the escape message; the
one that terminates the program.  Before it is issued there is probably
at least one other message, a diagnostic message.  That message will
probably help you decipher what is happening.

When posting a system message, position the cursor on the message and
press F1.  The message ID (like CPF2105) is helpful to post along with
the text.
