I keep the sql statements in a source pf.  I "compile" them with 
RUNSQLSTM.

Where do you keep the ADDPFCST statements on your DDS files?  With SQL 
they can all be included in the CREATE TABLE.

I don't think it keeps track of reference fields with SQL.  I guess that's 
what the system cross reference tables are for.
