I am using "Subfiles In RPG IV" by Kevin Vandever. Its pretty decent to use
and learn from.

Is Code Designer a good way to start learning to code Subfiles? If so, is
there a red book out there that somebody knows of? Any pointers in the right
direction would be much appreciated.
