Thanks, That is one idea I had as well. I'm trying to find out info on that right now to see if it will work. If anyone can point me in the right direction... IBM is a wealth if information but my problem has always been finding it all and piecing it together! At least, it did 15 years ago. I haven't had to tackle this problem in a while. Is this a true, bidirectional update? Do the iSeries file changes have to be sent to the mainframe, or is it one way, from the mainframe down? If down to iSeries only, you might get away with FTP and CPYF. Skott Klement has a very nice FTPAPI on his web site. http://www.scottklement.com --buck -- This is the RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries (RPG400-L) mailing list To post a message email: RPG400-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/rpg400-l or email: RPG400-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l. ======================================================================== This email message is for the sole use of the intended recipient (s) and may contain confidential and privileged information.
