All I need to change the font from Courier to Times New Roman on all of our letters and external reports. For the most part this is not an issue but when converting programs with O specs or printer files with columns the alignment goes wrong due the typographic nature of the new font. e.g. Courier version Item Price Description Shoes 39.99 Blue Suede Shoes Suit 199.99 Dinner Jacket Times New Roman version Item Price Description Shoes 39.99 Blue Suede Shoes Suit 199.99 Dinner Jacket Is there a way to rework these printer files and keep the column formatting without changing them to use the POSITION key word rather than the normal column position? I have searched the archives and found a few similar questions posed but no answers that seem to work for me. Any tips would be gratefully received.
