Both in how quickly they fell off the face of the earth and what corporate decisions were made in regard to the stakeholders who were left stranded. </snip> My guess on this is that there are enough IP issues (stuff IBM licensed, stuff that they license to others, and stuff that may be questionable) that this will never happen.
