We use Cool Spools a third party convertor that is easy to map spool files. Awesome product, very easy to setup. You can add bookmarks and all kinds of other features. The price isn't too expensive either and the support is second to none. Basically, if you have an RPG program that produces a spool file, you can code a subroutine to send the spool file to the coolspools and it converts it and puts it in the IFS. It converts a spool file to PDF. I don't remember ever seeing a product that gives you API links to create a PDF from RPG
