Many people have made that offer before you.  The problem is not one of
talent but rather budget.

With the renewed focus on RPG now might be the time to ask for this kind of
thing formally.  You, Rob and others as "official" IBM customers can do
that.  All I can do is whine!

Time for a few more RPG PMRs!
