Sorry, the "SPAM" didn't get inserted by our server.  Our's add to the end
of the subject header saying... "possible spam". But I know what you mean.
There's been times where I've seen "SPAM" inserted and I wasn't even part
of the discussion thread.

However, the replies getting out of line could quite possibly be me.  It's
one thing I don't like about Lotus Notes.  Other email programs don't
format the incoming messages properly *sometimes*.

When my aunt and I email back and forth, it gets quite ugly.   I'll try to
remember to start trimming emails.
