I don't use RPGSP, I guess that benefit does not apply to me.

I just started to look into putting source in IFS and so far I see two
disadvantages of using it:
1) /copy:
- can not use *libl for the copy from target.

2) CRTSRVPGM:
- Can not use stream file for binding source.

Question I have is ... Why?? Can you compile/promote directly from the
IFS?  What (if any) are the benefits of storing the source on the IFS???
