You will find that *NOMAX is converted from that word to a -1.  You can 
verify this by doing a DSPUSRPRF *ALL to an output file and querying that. 
 Any user with a *nomax will be -1.

Somewhere on the net is a RTVCMDSRC command that will show you how they do 
that.  Might be "special values".
