procedure of this SRVPGM in a program that afterwards will be compiled
with V4R5M0?


What exactly do you want to do?  If you want to compile the SRVPGM on a v5r2 
box and then transfer it to a v4r5 box for use, you will need to make sure that 
the TGTRLS is set appropriately when you compile the SRVPGM.

If you're updating the SRVPGM and the v4r5 program is running on the same box 
then I wouldn't expect there to be any problem with the v4r5 program calling 
it.
