When I print time in an RPG program it shows up as "hh.mm.ss". I would like
for it to show up as "hh:mm:ss". I've checked my system values and TIMESEP
is set to ":". I seem to recall that I can put something in a H spec but
it's been a long time since I've done that and there's nothing in the Bob
Cozzi "*Everything You Always Wanted To Know About RPG But Were Afraid To
Ask*" book (my version is about 10 years old).

FWIW, this is on a V5R2 9406-600. TIA.
