Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a system to track and document modules and service programs which are intended to be reused internally.
Our solution to this (and pretty much everything else related to documentation) was to set up a Wiki on our intranet (We're running MediaWiki on FreeBSD if that matters.) When programmers write applications, they key the documentation into the Wiki. When we're looking for something, we can use the search capability of the wiki to find it.
