Hi, I cannot try it out (because I stuck with release V5R4M0), but: It is possible to add labels (tags) to the most SQL Statemements. May be you can use such in embedded SQL. Example: Exec SQL WhenEver SQLError Goto ErrorHdl; Exec SQL ErrorHdl: Set :Error = '1'; Mit freundlichen Gru?en / Best regards Birgitta "Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." Thanks.
