Constructing Sql to position phone number that breakup in areacode, prefix, suffix and extension.

- The phone number in our telephone master file is break up into
areaCode (TLA), prefix (TLP), suffix (TLS) and extension (TLX).
 
- This master file already has logical file that is by TLA, TLP, TLS,
and TLX.
 
- I've a online program that allow user to enter a 10 digits phone
number and extension that he/she want to position it to.  Field names
are C1TL and C1TLX.  The RPG program has DS that break C1TL into C1TLA,
C1TLP, C1TLS.
 
I'm having a hard time creating the appropriate sql select statement,
assuming that creating new logic is not an option and speed is critical
and this is a big file.  Can somebody help?
