Yup...the message text for a CPF4102 is: File &2 in library &3 with member
&4 not found. So you're right, the member that you're specifying doesn't
exist. Check your file/member name. It's probably blowing up on invocation
because you're having RPG open the file. If you specified USROPN as a File
spec keyword, the program would blow up at the OPEN statement.
