I think that's what I said... "Using an ELSEIF doesn't change the outcome at all." You're absolutely correct, Ron, except that in the first alternative you need two ENDIFs. ELSEIF is simply a convenience opcode. As Charles and I both noted, you could also use a SELECT. Joe
