Thank you all for your emails. I was able to resolve this problem by bringing up an AS/400 session and clicking the ' communication ' icon on the menu bar, then the ' configure ' from the drop window that appeared. The ' size ' value, in the ' Configure PC5250 ' screen was set to 24 x 80, changed it to 27 x 132 and all is fine now. A number of the common emulation devices only support 24 x 80. This should be a setting in the emulation package on the PC. I know the two different emulation packages used by my company defualt to a 24x80 screen size. We just have to change the screen size setting in the 5250 emulation package to 27x132 for the users that require it.
