I would start this "investigation" by seeing what the two PC's in question
have their screen resolution set to. I'm not sure but maybe a 27 x 132
display requires a monitor resolution of, say, 1024 x 768 and their video
driver only supports up to 800 x 600.  Just a guess, but that's where I
would start.
