Luqman, Are you coming to RPG from another language? I ask that because Istarted programming in VB, and I asked the same sort of question. People looked at me like I had three heads ;-) The short answer is
that a traditional array, created with a Dim(), can't be redimensioned. Most of our programmers in my shop just make their arrays big enough to handle any situation.
