Do you mean procedure ?

If so, the way to di this is, make a service program with the module
containing your procedures. (externalise the procedure prototype with a
/copy)
Add this service PGM to a bnddir (addbnddire)

In the program that must use these procedure, add a /copy of the procedure
prototype and the "H" spec with the BNDDIR.

In this way, you will be able to use the procedures, with a callp not a
call.

Hope this help.
This is just a resume of one way to do this, take a look at "who knew you
could do that... sorcerer guide" it has hleped me a lot.
