True - but you should always be /COPYing the -same_ proto. If you hard-code
you completely defeat the parameter validation mechanism provided by
prototyping.
The reason you need it in the caller is that the default for a prototype
that does not match the name of the program being compiled is
Extproc('UPPER_CASE_VERSION_OF_PROTO_NAME').
Always code the EXTPGM.
