QsyGetProfileHandle Error

I did get the OPM verion of this api to work but now have longer
password length and need to get the ILE api to work.

Does anyone have an example of this api working under V5R3, I believe
the examples Ive found have been for previous releases and for v5r3
its been changed.

What is the correct value for the CCSID?, I thought it be -1 but am not sure.
