That's only going to return the size of the declared array. Not how many elements are actually filled. Ron Power Programmer Information Services City Of St. John's, NL P.O. In ASP, you can perform a UBOUND function on an array and it will return the number of elements. Is there such a beast in RPG, or do I need to loop through the array, add one to the count and when the element ='' then my array size is count-1? Thanks, Brian. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Brian Piotrowski Specialist - I.T. Simcoe Parts Service, Inc.
