IF I declare this way:


           1. can I do a %lookup('XX': @RsnCode) ? I want to use
                 @RsnCode  as a key.
           2. can I do this: ReasonDS.@Charge(2) = 20 ?


Yes, you can do both of these on the overlay array approach.
