The error means that it can't find the file.  Maybe it's not in your 
library list?  Maybe you spelled the name differently on the F-spec from 
what you named the actual file?

In any case, the problem is that it can't find the file.  It needs to do 
this at compile time so that it can load the external definitions from it.
