Data not committing in RPG External Procedure ? -- RPG400-L

I have created an External RPG Procedure and used Global Temporary Table.

I used various Insert and Update Queries on Global Temporary Table, but some
queries ran but some didn't.

After calling the procedure from another RPG Program, I started STRSQL, type
Commit, then ran the update queries in STRSQL, which populated the blank
fields, why its happening, I have already compiled both RPGLE PRocedures and
RPGLE Calling Program with CRTSQLRPGI and COMMIT=*NONE.

Any idea please ?
