To be totally honest here. I don't let work drive me insane. I just do
my job to the best of my ability and at 4:30 I go home. I don't think no
more about it until 9:00 AM the next morning. I don't get paid enough
(nor could I ever get paid enough) to let the worries of work follow me
home. I leave them at the door when I leave. I do get frustrated at
times, but never to the point where I would lose my sanity. That comes
when I get home and can't get in the front door because the kids have it
blocked off with bookbags, shoes, sneakers and boots lol. But work.. nah
I don't let that bother me. but of course... I'm union too and work for
government so I guess I might be a special case.... :)

I'm afraid I'm way past that point.
Any suggestions?

I walked away from my job at Oxxi, many years ago, because
it was affecting my sanity (and my physical health).
